Ameris Bank Names Archie Kelly Director of Treasury Services

Columbia, SC, Ameris Bank announced that Archie Kelly has joined the $2.1 billion dollar company as a Senior Vice President and Director of Treasury Services. Kelly began working with the company in January. His responsibilities as Director of Treasury Services will be to develop and manage treasury and cash management services throughout the company.

Kelly received a degree in finance from the University of South Carolina, in 1986. His most recent position prior to joining Ameris Bank was as a Regional Manager of Bank of America's Global Treasury Services. Kelly is a Permanently Certified Cash Manager and has served in numerous roles such as Board Advisor to the National Government Finance Officers Association Cash Committee, Board Member and Finance Chairman of SC Independent Colleges and Universities, and President of SC Treasury Management Association.

Kelly resides in Columbia, SC with his wife of 15 years, Vicki, and their four children. When not working, Kelly spends much of his free time coaching youth league baseball in Lexington, South Carolina.
